TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of articulatebusinessgroup.com and your purchase or use of services, programs, resources, and materials offered by Articulate Business Group LLC (“ABG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using this website, creating an account, booking a session, purchasing a service, or downloading ABG materials, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
SERVICES
Articulate Business Group provides coaching, strategy, content-development guidance, brand-clarity support, educational resources, and related professional services. Specific features, deliverables, session lengths, and prices are described on the applicable service or booking page.
PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless a written payment arrangement has been approved by Articulate Business Group.
An appointment is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully processed and the client has received a booking confirmation.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact, and appointment information. Applicable taxes or processing charges, when required, will be disclosed during checkout.
If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise unsuccessful, Articulate Business Group may pause or cancel the associated appointment, service, or access to materials.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Clients may reschedule one time without an additional charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment.
Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation. Late cancellations and missed appointments are generally nonrefundable, and a new payment may be required to schedule another session.
Rescheduling requests are subject to appointment availability. Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking and payment.
Articulate Business Group understands that genuine emergencies can occur. Exceptions may be considered individually but are not guaranteed.
If Articulate Business Group must cancel or reschedule a session, the client may choose an available replacement appointment or receive a refund for the affected session.
REFUNDS
Clients who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may request a refund for that appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and client no-shows are nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Articulate Business Group.
Once a coaching or strategy session has started or been completed, the payment is nonrefundable.
Digital resources, workbooks, guides, personalized maps, templates, and other downloadable or electronically delivered materials are nonrefundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
COACHING DISCLAIMER
Articulate Business Group provides coaching, strategy, education, and practical guidance. ABG services are not therapy, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or another licensed professional service.
Clients should consult an appropriately licensed professional for needs that fall within those areas.The client remains responsible for their choices, actions, business decisions, financial commitments, and results. Articulate Business Group does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, business, financial, social-media, or marketing outcome. Results vary according to each client’s circumstances, decisions, participation, effort, timing, and other factors outside ABG’s control.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and relevant information
• Participate honestly and respectfully
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Complete decisions and actions at their own discretion
• Avoid using ABG services for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Seek licensed professional assistance when appropriate
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Articulate Business Group name, The Articulate Pathway™, Journey Mapping Session™, website content, frameworks, processes, written materials, graphics, workbooks, templates, guides, exercises, Personal Clarity Maps™, Progress Trackers™, and other ABG-created materials are owned by or licensed to Articulate Business Group LLC.
Purchasing a service or receiving a resource does not transfer ownership of ABG’s intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of original information, ideas, branding, writing, and other materials they independently create and provide to ABG.
WORKBOOK AND RESOURCE USAGE
ABG workbooks, guides, templates, maps, trackers, downloads, and related resources are provided for the purchaser’s individual, personal, and noncommercial use unless written permission states otherwise.
Clients may download and print materials for their own use. Clients may not, without prior written permission:
• Copy or reproduce materials for other people
• Share, upload, distribute, or publish the materials
• Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Present ABG materials, frameworks, or exercises as their own
• Use the materials to create or deliver a competing program, course, workshop, product, or service
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and other remedies available under applicable law.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Articulate Business Group will use reasonable care when handling information shared during coaching or strategy services. However, coaching communications are not protected by attorney-client, therapist-patient, or another legally privileged relationship.
Information may be disclosed when required by law, necessary to protect someone’s safety, needed to process or administer services, or authorized by the client.
WEBSITE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The ABG website may use or link to third-party platforms for hosting, scheduling, payments, email, analytics, security, or other business functions. Articulate Business Group is not responsible for interruptions, policies, security practices, or content controlled by third-party providers.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Articulate Business Group may update these Terms and Conditions as its services, policies, or legal obligations change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
